Q. When do you start videoing ?
Normally we will arrive a minimum of 1 hour before the service is due to start.
 Q. When do I have to pay ?
The deposit is paid on booking, with the remaining balance paid no later than 3 months prior to the wedding date.
Q. Do you accept credit cards ?

 Q. How long will my DVD last ?
There is no set time because all weddings are different and couples have their own requirements. Church services tend to be much longer than civil ceremonies. On average DVDs are approximatley 60 to 120 minutes, but ultimately the finished product is dependant upon your requirements.
Q. Can we pick our own music ?
We welcome your song choices and will make every effort to incorporate your requests into your film.
Q. How well do you work with photographers ?
We liaise closely with your photographer to ensure that both parties are aware of what the other needs to capture during the day. It is always advisable to inform your photographer that you are having a professional film being made of your wedding. We can recommend a professional photographer who we have worked with on numerous weddings.
